國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱今天南下參訪鹿港天后宮以及鹿港老街，在參訪老街行程暫告一段落時，洪秀柱應媒體要求，針對高中生因反課綱衝入教育部等議題作出回應。
洪秀柱說，教育部不能只和少數人對話，她認為這絕對不是黑箱的問題，很多事情要經過理性的探討，而且她要很遺憾的跟年輕朋友說，民主社會也要講法治，真的希望年輕朋友理性思考、理性論辯，才能了解事情的真相。
洪秀柱表示，她更希望年輕朋友了解法治相當重要，也是需要被遵守的，對於很多政治人物，她不希望有人在這個政治事件中火上加油，或是別有用心，製造社會問題，作出不道德的事情，她也希望民進黨主席蔡英文出來說聲話。
洪秀柱說，學生年輕好像就有犯錯的權利，但還是要守一定的規距，不要讓社會大眾覺得台灣好像進入1個混亂的時代，好像造反有理，她也希望大家好好思考台灣的未來是否要這樣持續下去。1040724
